Before you order, please note:

  • All products are digital PDF files — you will not receive any physical item in the mail.
  • After purchase, you get instant access to download your worksheets.
  • You can print them at home or use them on your tablet.
  • No shipping, no waiting — everything is delivered immediately after checkout.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online store at dusin.shop and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

DUSIN operates the store at dusin.shop, selling digital calligraphy worksheet files in PDF format. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products

All products are digital files (PDF). No physical item is shipped. After successful payment, the product is delivered as a download link or by email.

3. Ordering and delivery

Select a product, complete checkout, and pay. Once payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to download your files.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Waffo, our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the files for your own personal practice. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or modify and resell the files.

6. User obligations and breach

You agree to use the files only for personal use as described in Section 5. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or modify and resell the files.

If you breach these Terms — for example, by reselling, redistributing, or selling modified versions of the files — we may, at our discretion:

  • revoke or terminate your access to downloads;
  • remove or disable your account (if any); and
  • pursue legal remedies, including claims for copyright infringement and damages.

Termination of access does not limit our right to seek any other remedy available under applicable law.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has started. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, but you lose this right once you begin downloading if you consented and acknowledged the loss of the right. If a file is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us and we will make it right.

8. Intellectual property

All worksheets, images, text, and other content are the property of DUSIN and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

The worksheets are provided “as is” for personal practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
